Delivery Returns
At King Life Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward returns process.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Email us at kinglife@kinglifeclothing.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item was damaged or incorrect, please include photos.
- Package Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged. Include your order details and the RAN inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at your nearest shipping carrier, using the label provided or your preferred carrier if applicable.
Refunds & Processing Time:
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
- Please note that shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We process exchanges as new orders to ensure availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at kinglife@kinglifeclothing.com with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund, including any shipping fees.
Late or Missing Refunds:
